Peter Cho brings 33 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. A graduate of the University of Malaya as a King’s Scholar with 1st Class Honours, Peter was among the first engineers at Maxis. He has vast technical knowledge and experience in Network Planning, Design, and Implementation.
 
Peter received specialized training in Swindon, UK, for end-to-end mobile network architecture and BSS scripting. He was responsible for setting up the Optimization and Operations teams in the early years of Maxis’ network. He later consulted for Nokia in the effort to launch the GSM network in China.
 
Peter has spearheaded various full-turnkey projects, including CME, Telecom Installation, and Optimization for multiple telecommunication network operators.

Over the past 33 years, Peter has successfully held positions such as Head of Program Management, Head of RF Planning, Head of Optimization, Head of Engineering, Head of Core Services Network, Director of IT & Network Operations, Chief Technical Officer, and Chief Operating Officer. Peter is a knowledgeable leader as well as an enthusiastic team player.
