Shobana Kumarasamy is the Finance Director of Orissa Wicomm (M) Sdn Bhd. She started her career as an Auditor with Arthur Andersen & Co. upon earning her Bachelor of Commerce (Major in Accounting & Finance) from the University of Western Australia.
 
She subsequently completed her Australian CPA programme and is currently a member of both CPA Australia and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
 
She continued her career with GP Batteries (M) Sdn Bhd as an Accountant, where she was in charge of preparing full sets of accounts, liaising with government sectors, auditors, and tax agents, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
 
She then joined Software AG Operations Malaysia Sdn Bhd as an Accountant before moving on to Rohas Euco Industries Bhd, where she served as both Accountant and Company Secretary.
 
She also holds a degree in Music Performing Arts. In her spare time, she enjoys working out and playing the piano.
